BREAKFAST BUNDT
1 cup diced ham, chicken, or turkey
1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cups frozen tater tots
1 dozen egg, whisked
2 cans Pillsbury biscuits, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt 'n pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. dried basil or any herb that you like
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Butter Bundt pan and set aside
Toss all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Spoon mixture into prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. When done baking, flip onto platter, cut, and serve
