Ingredients
For the Boil:
1 lb shrimp (shell-on or peeled)
1 lb crab legs (king or snow)
1 lb lobster tails (optional)
1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
6 small potatoes (halved)
4 ears of corn (cut into thirds)
6 boiled eggs (peeled)
1 lemon (sliced)
1 onion (quartered)
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter
4 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Seafood Boil
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rolling boil.
Add Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Toss in the onion, lemon slices, potatoes, and corn.
Boil for 15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
Add smoked sausage and eggs, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs. Boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it soak for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and seasonings.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

3️⃣ Assemble & Serve
Drain the seafood boil and transfer everything to a large pan or platter.
Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon slices.
