Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak or your favorite steak cut, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for a little zest)

Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:

Cut your steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel (this helps them sear better) and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cook the Steak:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak cubes in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan).
Cook the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare to medium is recommended for tenderness).
Make the Garlic Butter:

Once the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the butter. Sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Combine:

Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter mixture. Let them cook for another 1-2 minutes to absorb all the flavors.

Finish:

Optionally, add a squeeze of lemon juice for a touch of acidity.
Garnish with fresh cho
