Ingredients:
630g flour (all purpose)
7g of yeast
300 ml of milk
60g of sugar
2 eggs
60g of butter
Sal
50g of cocoa
Hazelnut granules
Butter
Chocolate
Preparation:
Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour and salt. Stacking up the dough. Split into 2 parts. Add the cocoa to one side and mix. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and spread the cakes. Place the cakes on top of each other, grease with oil.
Brioche shape. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Decorate with hazelnut seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Serve with chocolate.
