Irresistible Maple Glazed Almond Pecan Clusters – Healthy Treat! 🌟💛🌿

Ingredients
1 cup (140g) raw whole almonds
1 cup (110g) raw pecan halves
2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
1 tbsp (15ml) melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the whole almonds and pecan halves.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour the maple mixture over the nuts and toss well until the nuts are evenly coated.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the coated nut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters (about 1.5-2 inches / 4-5 cm wide). Don't worry about perfect shapes; irregular clusters are fine. Leave some space between them.
6. Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until the nuts are lightly toasted, fragrant, and the maple glaze is slightly caramelized. Watch carefully to prevent burning, especially the pecans and the glaze.
7. Let the clusters cool completely on the baking sheet. They will harden and become crunchy as they cool.
8. Once fully cooled, gently remove the clusters from the parchment paper.
9. Store the almond pecan clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
