• Corn tortillas (6–8)
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

Marinade for Steak & Shrimp:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Juice of 1 lime
Spicy Taco Drizzle (Chipotle Sauce):
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned chipotles)
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt to taste

1. Marinate the Goods:
• Combine steak and shrimp with marinade ingredients. Let sit for 20–30 minutes.
2. Cook the Steak & Shrimp:
• Heat a skillet over high heat. Sear steak until browned (3–4 mins). Remove.
• Cook shrimp in the same pan for 2–3 mins until pink and cooked through.
3. Toast the Tortillas:
• Lightly char tortillas in a dry pan or over a flame for smoky flavor.
4. Assemble Tacos:
• Layer with steak, shrimp, chopped onion, and cilantro.
• Drizzle generously with spicy chipotle sauce.
• Serve with lime wedges on the side.
