Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Christmas Tree Puff Pastry 🎄🧀
A delightful appetizer featuring buttery pastry, creamy camembert, and festive toppings.
Ingredients:
Pastry Trees:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz camembert cheese, sliced
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
1 egg, beaten
Garnish:
1 tbsp Honeywell
Fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into tree shapes using a stencil or cutter.
Layer cranberry sauce, camembert slices, and pistachios onto half the shapes. Top with remaining shapes, pressing edges to seal.
Apply egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle honey over warm pastries and garnish with thyme. Serve hot.
