Ingredients for cake:
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 box of fudge brownie mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups of water
1 cup of oil
Ingredients for ganache:
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 12-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
Mix together cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water and oil.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Once cake is done, let it sit for about 5 minutes before taking it out of your pan.
Microwave the heavy whipping cream until just boiling. Pour in the chocolate chips and let it sit for 5 minutes before whisking together.
Pour mixture over your cooled cake. I add the extra ganach to the center of the cake.
