For the Cake:

✔ 1 cup (200g) brown sugar

✔ 1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
✔ ½ cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
✔ 1 tsp baking powder
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
✔ 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
For the Chocolate Frosting:
✔ ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter
✔ ¼ cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
✔ ⅓ cup (80ml) whole milk
✔ 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping:
✔ 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
✔ Extra mini marshmallows
🍴 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake for 2 more minutes until soft.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in cocoa powder and milk, whisking until smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until silky.
