Crispy Cottage Cheese Treats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese, drained
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Once everything is mixed well, shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or pattieswhatever you prefer. Dip each ball into the beaten egg to coat them evenly. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Lightly spray them with olive oil to help them get that golden, crispy finish.
