Ingredients:
1 whole turkey (about 4 kg)
300 g cooked chestnuts
2 onions, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Rub turkey with butter, salt, and pepper.
Stuff turkey with chestnuts and onions, place in a roasting pan.
Add carrots, broth, and wine to the pan.
Roast for about 3 hours, basting occasionally with pan juices.
