Loaded Pinto Beans and Cornbread

1 lb pinto beans (soaked overnight or quick-soaked)
1 smoked turkey neck
6 slices thick-cut turkey bacon (cut into pieces)
1 lb jalapeño sausage (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 yellow onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
6 cups chicken broth (or water)
1 tsp smoked paprika
