🍽️ Honey-Garlic Lamb Chops with Steamed Veggies
Ingredients:
For the lamb chops:
4 lamb chops
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard seeds (optional)
For the vegetables:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup spiralized or ribboned carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate Lamb: Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and mustard seeds. Coat the lamb chops and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cook Lamb: Grill or pan-sear lamb chops over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked to your desired doneness.
3. Steam Vegetables: Steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
