For the Sautéed Spinach:
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:
Prepare Lobster Mac & Cheese:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
Slowly whisk in milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
Fold in cooked lobster meat and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked pasta. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top (if using), and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cook Steak:
Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Sear steak 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
Cook Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
Sauté Spinach:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
Plate the Dish:
Place steak on a white plate, top with butter-glazed shrimp.
Add a generous portion of lobster mac & cheese beside the steak.
Arrange sautéed spinach alongside for a fresh, vibrant contrast.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
This dish delivers a luxurious blend of juicy steak, buttery shrimp, rich lobster mac & cheese, and vibrant greens — a true gourmet feast.
