Ingredients (American measurements):
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/2 cup green apple, diced
• 1/2 cup ice
• 1 cup water or almond milk (optional for blending)
Preparation:
