Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley to make garlic butter.
2. Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Place two slices of bread, garlic butter side down, on the skillet.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend evenly over the bread.
6. Top with the remaining bread slices, garlic butter side up.
7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
8. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
9. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
