Peach BBQ Meatball Skillet
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup peach barbecue sauce
1 cup diced fresh peaches (or canned peaches, drained)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 20 meatballs.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
4. Reduce the heat to low and pour the peach barbecue sauce over the meatballs. Gently stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
5. Add the diced peaches and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
