Ingredients:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored 🍐

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar 🍬
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) 🍂
- Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) 🔥.
2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores to make a small well in each half 🍐🥄.
