Ingredients:
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup light corn syrup
• ¼ cup water
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (or preferred flavor)
• Gel food coloring (blue, pink, purple, green, etc.)
• Edible glitter (optional)
• Lollipop sticks
• Round silicone molds or a silicone baking mat
• Candy thermometer

Instructions:
1. Heat sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
2. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and divide into portions to mix with different food colors.
3. Pour into silicone molds, swirl the colors for a galaxy effect, and sprinkle edible glitter.
4. Insert lollipop sticks and let them cool completely before removing. Enjoy!
