Garlic Oysters π¦ͺπ¦ͺπ§πΏπ₯
π7 Ingredients:
β’ 12 Oysters, fresh
β’ 4 cloves Garlic
β’ 1 Lemon
β’ 2 tbsp Parsley
β’ 1/4 tsp Black pepper
β’ 1/4 tsp Salt
β’ 1/2 cup Butter
1. Preheat Oven: Set to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. Prepare Oysters: Shuck the oysters carefully, leaving them on the half shell, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
3. Make Garlic Butter: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Prepare Oysters: Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the oysters.
5. Bake: Place oysters in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until they are bubbling and slightly golden on top.
6. Garnish: Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and zest lemon over the top.
