Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour: 3 cups (375 g)
• Lard or butter: ⅓ cup (80 g)
• Milk: 1 cup (240 ml), warm
• Baking soda: 1 tsp (5 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp (5 g)

Instructions:
1. Make the dough: Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add lard or butter and mix until crumbly. Gradually add warm milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. Let rest for 30 minutes.
2. Shape the Piadina: Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle about 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter.
3. Cook the flatbread: Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook each Piadina for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden spots appear.
