1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup or agave nectar adjust to taste
1/4 cup (60ml) plant-based milk almond, soy, or coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons (30g) chia seeds
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons melted vegan chocolate chips for extra richness

directions:
1 In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the scooped-out avocado flesh, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Add melted vegan chocolate chips if using.
2 Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Ensure there are no avocado lumps.
3 Transfer the mousse to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
