LOADED BROWNIE CHEESECAKE CUP
INGREDIENTS
For the Brownie Layer
1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
or use your favorite homemade recipe
For the No-Bake Cheesecake Filling
1 cup cream cheese, softened
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
Toppings & Layers
Caramel sauce
Chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup
Crushed brownie crumbs
Optional: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or toffee bits

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bake the Brownies
Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package instructions.
Let cool completely, then crumble into chunks.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
3. Assemble the Cups
In small clear cups, layer crumbled brownies, cheesecake filling, and a drizzle of caramel.
Repeat layers until the cup is full.
Top with brownie crumbs, chocolate syrup, and extra caramel drizzle.
4. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
