Ingredients:
• 200g dark chocolate
• 4 eggs (separated)
• 50g sugar
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the chocolate gently over a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Beat the egg whites with salt until foamy, then gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
