🇫🇷 Navarin d’Agneau (Spring Lamb Stew) 🍖
A tender lamb stew with baby vegetables in a herbed broth—perfect for a Sunday feast!
Ingredients:
• 600g lamb shoulder, cubed
• 300g baby carrots
• 500ml lamb or vegetable stock
• 300g baby potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp flour
• Thyme, bay leaf
Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown lamb in batches, sprinkle with flour, and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté onion and garlic, return lamb, add stock and herbs.
3️⃣ Simmer 1 hour, then add carrots and potatoes.
4️⃣ Cook until tender, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
