📋 Ingredients
- 12 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
📝 Instructions
1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cheddar and parmesan until melted and smooth.
4. Combine: Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce. Stir to coat evenly. Top with crumbled bacon.
5. Finish: Sprinkle more cheese on top and let it melt. Garnish with fresh parsley.
