1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Marinate & Grill the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. Set aside.
