Chocolate Hazelnut Explosion Layer Cake 🍫🌰
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup milk
½ cup hot water
1 cup hazelnut spread
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
1 ½ cups whipped cream
½ cup chocolate ganache
Instructions:
Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two cake pans.
Mix the Batter:
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Beat sugars with oil, add eggs and vanilla, then gradually mix in dry ingredients and milk. Stir in hot water.
Bake:
Divide batter into pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Assemble Cake:
Spread hazelnut spread between layers and on top. Add whipped cream, drizzle with ganache, and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts.
