Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
6. Remove from oven and serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
