🐚🌿 Moules Marinières
Fresh mussels steamed in white wine, garlic, and parsley. A rustic, classic French seafood dish served with fries or bread 🍟🐚.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg mussels, cleaned
• 2 shallots, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 250 ml white wine
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt butter in large pot, sauté shallots and garlic.
2️⃣ Add mussels and white wine.
3️⃣ Cover and steam 5–7 min until mussels open.
4️⃣ Sprinkle parsley, season, and serve with fries or baguette. 🍟🥖
