Tailgate MVP? These 6 hot dips—easy, crowd-pleasing, and downright addictive! ⭐

Ingredients
🟠 Philly Cheesesteak
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided (1 tablespoon to cook vegetables and 1 tablespoon to cook the shaved steak meat)
¾ cup small diced sweet yellow onion, vidalia
¾ cup small diced green bell pepper, seeds and veins removed
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 ounce shaved steak beef ¾ pound (rib eye, top sirloin or strip steak)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided (1 ½ cups mixed into the dip and 1 cup sprinkled on top before baking)
6 deli slices non-smoked provolone cheese, sliced thin

Optional Dippers
Crustini, homemade or store bought
Fresh baguette slices
Pita chips
Hearty crackers

🟠 Jalapeño Popper
For the Dip
16 ounce cream cheese, softened (two 8-ounce packages)
1 cup sour cream
4 to 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 ounces jarred jalapeños, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
¼ cup green onion

For the Topping
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

🟠 Chicken Buffalo
3 frozen chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup Red Hot sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

🟠 Sloppy Joe
1 pound ground beef, I used an 80% to 20% blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup yellow onion, small diced
½ cup red bell pepper, small diced
1.31 ounces Sloppy Joe seasoning,
½ cup low-sodium beef broth
¼ cup ketchup
1¾ cup tomato puree
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
1 fresh french baguette, sliced into ¼-inch pieces

🟠 Crab Rangoon
Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, sliced
12 ounces canned crab meat, drained
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, set aside an additional ½ cup for topping (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Crispy Wontons
1 package wontons wrappers
olive oil, or cooking spray
salt, to taste

🟠 Bacon Cheddar Cream Cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded “old” cheddar
3 to 4 green onions, diced
8 slices bacon, crumbled
