Delicious and Crispy Tuna Egg rolls (Tuna Lumpia)
Recipe:
2 canned tuna (drained)
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup bell pepper diced
1 cup onion diced
2 eggs
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
20 pcs wraps
Oil for frying
Steps:
In a large bowl, add tuna, carrots, bell peppers, onion, eggs. Mix well. Add seasonings and mix until well blended.
Prepare the lumpia wraps. Add 1 tablespoon of filling into the wraps. Wrap and roll the egg rolls and seal. Brush with water. Repeat till the filling is done.
In a pan, add 2 cups oil. Fry the eggrolls until crispy golden brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
