Easy Banana Pudding Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
3. Stir in the crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, and mini marshmallows.
4. Carefully fold in the crushed vanilla wafer cookies, reserving a small amount for garnish.
5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the salad to set.
6. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved crushed vanilla wafers on top for added texture and garnish.
