Brownie Batter Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
7. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.
