Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 slider buns, split and toasted
Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion for toppings
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and gooey, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Gently fold in the crumbled bacon.
5. Spoon the cheesy bacon ranch chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the toasted slider buns.
6. Top with the other halves of the buns.
7. If desired, add lettuce, tomato, and/or onion slices to your sliders.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders!
