Ingredients:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled carrot cake (or spiced cake)
1 tbsp cream cheese frosting (plus more for garnish)
Whipped cream, cinnamon sprinkle, and a mini carrot candy for garnish

Instructions:
1. Blend vanilla ice cream, milk, carrot cake crumbs, and cream cheese frosting until thick and smooth.
