🍫 Death by Chocolate No-Bake Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
5 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
Topping:
1 cup chocolate pudding (prepared or homemade)
1 cup whipped topping
Chocolate shavings or chips (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until combined.
Fold in whipped topping, then stir in melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
3️⃣ Add the Topping:
In another bowl, mix chocolate pudding with whipped topping until smooth.
Spread over the cheesecake layer.
4️⃣ Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
5️⃣ Serve:
Slice into bars and top with chocolate shavings or chips before serving.
