Sweet nutty cookies sandwiched with rich chocolate—bite-sized and irresistible.

Ingredients:
• 100 g ground hazelnuts or almonds
• 100 g flour
• 100 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 100 g dark chocolate (for filling)

Instructions:
1. Mix nuts, flour, sugar, and softened butter. Chill dough 1 hour.
2. Form small balls and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15–18 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate and sandwich between cooled cookies.
5. Let set and enjoy.
