🥩 Buttery Steak Bites & Silky Parmesan Pasta Pockets
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
For the Parmesan Pasta Pockets:
12 oz cheese ravioli or tortellini
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
- Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil water and cook ravioli/tortellini according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak and cook for 3–4 minutes, until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Return steak to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter. Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Prepare Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Combine:
Add cooked ravioli to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Stir to coat well.
6️⃣ Serve:
Plate ravioli and top with buttery steak bites. Garnish with parsley if desired.
