BACON CHEESEBURGER BURRITO
Who doesn't love the combination of bacon, cheese, and a juicy burger all wrapped up in a warm tortilla? This Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito is a delicious twist on a classic favorite that will have your family asking for seconds!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, pickles, ketchup, etc.)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and red onion to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Add your favorite burger toppings on top.
4. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
5. Place the burritos seam-side down in a heated skillet and cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy on all sides.
