Ingredients:
(Makes about 20 chick truffles)

For the Coconut Filling:
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted

For Coating & Decoration:
- 1 1/2 cups yellow candy melts or white chocolate with yellow food colouring
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (for coating)
- Mini orange candy-coated chocolates or cut-up orange jelly beans (for beaks)
- Mini chocolate chips, black sugar pearls, or black sesame seeds (for eyes)

Directions:

Step 1: Make the Coconut Truffle Dough
1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined and sticky.

Step 2: Roll Into Balls
1. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into small balls.
2. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.

Step 3: Coat in Chocolate & Coconut
1. Melt yellow candy melts in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
2. Dip each chilled coconut ball into the melted chocolate and then immediately roll in shredded coconut to coat fully.

Step 4: Decorate the Chicks
1. Press two mini chocolate chips or sugar pearls into each truffle for eyes.
2. Add a small orange candy piece or cut jelly bean for the beak.
3. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until set.
