Garlic Parmesan Meatballs with Crispy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
• ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce (optional, for heat)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
• 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan
• 1 French baguette, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the Garlic Parmesan Sauce with Buffalo Wing Sauce if using.
3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and ¼ of the sauce mix. Blend everything together well.
4. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, spoon the remaining sauce over the meatballs, sprinkle with mozzarella, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
7. Garnish with fresh basil and shaved Parmesan.
8. For the bread: brush slices of baguette with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, and toast in the oven until golden and crisp.

Serve warm and enjoy!
