Ingredients:

🥩 Beef steak, cubed

🧄 Garlic, minced

🧈 Butter

🌿 Fresh spinach

🧂 Salt & pepper

🥛 Heavy cream

🧀 Parmesan cheese

🍝 Rotini pasta

Instructions:

1. 🔥 Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.

2. 🧈 In a skillet, melt butter, add garlic and steak cubes, season and sear until browned.

3. 🥬 Add spinach and sauté until wilted.

4. 🥛 Pour in cream, add parmesan, and stir until sauce thickens.

5. 🍝 Toss in the pasta and coat well.
