đŸ‡®đŸ‡¹ Olive all’Ascolana (Stuffed Fried Olives)
Crispy on the outside, savory and juicy inside—these stuffed olives are irresistible party bites!
Ingredients:
• 20 large green olives, pitted
• 4 oz (120 g) ground beef or pork
• 2 tbsp (15 g) grated parmesan
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup (30 g) breadcrumbs
• Flour for coating
• Salt and pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Stuff each olive with the meat and parmesan mixture.
2. Coat each olive in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan.
4. Fry olives until golden brown and crisp.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
