Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes: A Bite You Can’t Resist!
Ingredients:
5 large Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth. Add cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until fully combined.
Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese for extra creaminess.
Spread the mashed potatoes into a baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a golden top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
