Crunchy Amish Refrigerator Pickles 🥒❄️
Ingredients:
6 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onions
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tbsp salt
Directions:
1. Pack cucumbers and onions into clean mason jars.
2. In a saucepan, heat sugar, vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, mustard seed, and salt until sugar dissolves.
3. Pour hot brine over cucumbers in jars.
4. Cool, cover, and refrigerate for 24–48 hours before enjoying!
