🇮🇹 Spaghetti alla Bottarga (Spaghetti with Cured Fish Roe)
A delicate yet flavorful pasta coated in olive oil and topped with golden bottarga – pure Mediterranean magic!
Ingredients:
• 200 g spaghetti
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tbsp grated bottarga
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.
2️⃣ Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
3️⃣ Toss pasta with oil, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Plate and top generously with grated bottarga.
