๐ Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
For the Mac 'N' Cheese:
2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
๐ฉโ๐ณ Directions:
Make the Mac:
In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour. Slowly add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese, salt, pepper. Stir until smooth. Mix with cooked macaroni and let cool.
Prep the Meatloaf Base:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and seasonings.
Shape & Stuff:
On parchment paper, press half of the meat mixture into a rectangle. Layer cooled mac 'n' cheese in the center, leaving edges free. Cover with remaining meat mixture and seal edges.
Bake It:
Transfer to a greased loaf pan or baking sheet. Spread ketchup on top. Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 55โ60 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
