Ingredients:
For the Ramen:
1 package of your favorite Korean ramen noodles
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup water
For the Beef:
4 ounces thinly sliced beef (flank steak, skirt steak, or ribeye)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cook the Ramen: Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Bowl: In a bowl, combine cooked ramen noodles with the spicy sauce. Top with grilled beef, creamy sauce, and chopped green onions.
