Baked Pears with Feta, Honey & Cranberries πβ¨
**Ingredients:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored π
- Β½ cup crumbled feta cheese π§
- ΒΌ cup dried cranberries, chopped π
- 2 tbsp honey π―
- 1 tbsp olive oil π«
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves πΏ
- Salt and pepper, to taste π§
- **Optional:** Chopped walnuts for garnish π°
**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2. Arrange pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill each pear half with feta cheese and chopped cranberries.
5. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender.
7. Garnish with walnuts if desired and serve warm. Enjoy! π
